Mission Statement

BRIHOP coaching was established in 2005 to address the needs of athletes of all skills and experience levels who want to optimize their competitive experience.  Primarily a cycling coaching program, our objective is to apply the latest in training methods, 28 years of real racing and training experience, and a common sense approach to combine all of the critical elements into supplying the tools necessary to allow the rider to reach their full potential.

In addition to the comprehensive cycling program, we offer strength and conditioning programs tailored to the demands of an infinite variety of athletic endeavors.  Athletes ranging from rugby and dragon boat teams, marathon runners, swimmers and general fitness enthusiasts have all enjoyed the benefits our strength and conditioning programs have given them.

At BRIHOP, your training is yours alone, with all aspects of that training specifically designed to maximize your potential.  What you won’t find here is a staff that sees you as a faceless entity but rather an individual with individual needs from your coach.
